FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making laparoscopy. Catheter is introduced into the small pelvis area. The proximal catheter portion collar is sutured in advance using purse-string suture. The catheter is fixed on the peritoneum by means of endosurgical instrument for anterior putting-in stitches. A penetrating pierce in peritoneum wall tissue is carried out using the device. Thread-like loop of the device is introduced into the abdominal cavity. The free ends of the thread are brought to the skin surface. A knot is made and immersed under the skin. The device is set at the level of distal portion of the catheter projection. A loop with thread is brought into the abdominal cavity. A loop is formed around the distal portion of the catheter. The thread end is introduced into the device loop. The thread end is brought to the skin surface with tying knot. EFFECT: prevented complications in setting catheter.
