FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device of tethered balloon complexes, intended for lifting wind power plants and ensuring their operation at high altitudes. High-altitude wind power plant comprises a tethered balloon, vane windmill, an electrical energy generator unit and a cable-rope. Vane windmill consists of two coaxial screws of opposite rotation, mechanically interconnected and connected to the electrical energy generator unit, comprising a generator, control system actuator and a multiplier, wherein the vane windmill is suspended to the balloon attachment node by means of an upper articulated joint connector, and connected to the cable-rope by means of a lower articulated joint connector, wherein the control system actuator is configured to vary the angles of the screw attack with respect to the incident flow in the range of 0 to 50°.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the automatic orientation of the plant in the wind direction.
