FIELD: wind energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-rise wind energy. The paired aeroenergostat in the aeronautical part consists of two streamlined tethered balloons, differing in gas filling volumes. Both balloons are kinetically connected. At the same time, a balloon with a smaller volume of gas filling is equipped with a system for changing the windage, which is provided by plates around the circumference of the shell. Pressing them against the shell with electromagnets on minimizes the windage, and lifting from the shell at an acute angle into the wind with the electromagnets turned off creates the maximum windage of the mentioned balloon. The scheme of kinematic relations of the equipment of the installation, including the electric generator on the turntable of the berthing unit, is such that the generation of wind energy occurs cyclically: first, due to the movement of a balloon with a smaller volume of gas filling at its maximum windage, and then due to the climb of a balloon with a large volume of gas filling and lifting force.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of energy transfer of high-altitude high-speed winds from the aeronautical part of the devices to the electric generator as part of the berthing unit.
