FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the electrical insulating paper, which can be used in order to make the insulated conductor in the transformer, generator, electric motor and other devices. Proposed electrical insulating paper contains 40-80 wt% of aramid fibrid, 10-50 wt% of aramid pulp and 10-50 wt% of aramid crumb, wherein the aramid pulp is the para-aramid pulp 0.5-6 mm in length and the grinding degree of 15-85 as per Schopper-Riegler. Preferably, the fibrid is the para-aramid fibrid and/or the crumb is the para-aramid crumb, more preferably the fibrid is the para-aramid fibrid and the crumb is the para-aramid crumb. It has been found that paper, which conforms to the above requirements, demonstrates the increased dielectric strength (expressed in kV/mm) and tensile strength (Nm/g) of the product, which is compared to the systems that contain only two of the mentioned components or contain less than 40 wt% of aramid fibrid, which is the technical result of the invention.
EFFECT: paper is relatively easy to obtain and it has good breaking strength and it is particularly suitable for use in the insulated conductors.
