FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wet dust collection technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries. Mesh vertical filter comprises a housing mounted on the cover of the vapor-dust mixture source, inlet and outlet pipes, a filter element in the form of a rotating rotor having the form of an exponential rotation and made of two stainless mesh irrigated with nozzles, a sludge tray and an irrigated filter zone in the form of a coaxial cylindrical shell, nozzles are in the form of vortex nozzles, each of which comprises a housing and coaxially located and rigidly connected to it in the upper part of the fitting with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetrical in the body, on the cutout of which a perforated disk is located, and in the lower part of the housing is located axially symmetrical to housing a nozzle with at least three projections centering it in axial cylindrical chamber, the nozzle is made with a central hole on inner surface of which a screw thread is made, and between the perforated disk and the nozzle is placed a hollow screw-shaped coniform swirl nozzle with a screw thread, and the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle housing by a threading bead with a central confuser.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
