FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wet dust collection technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries. Mesh vertical filter comprises a housing mounted on the cover of the vapor-dust mixture source, inlet and outlet nozzles, a filter element in the form of a rotating rotor having the form of an exponential rotation and made of two stainless mesh irrigated with nozzles, a sludge tray and an irrigated filter zone in the form of a coaxial cylindrical shell. Nozzles are in the form of vortex nozzles, each of which contains a body with a swirl chamber and a nozzle. Body is made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected to it and a coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the housing. Coaxial body in its lower part is connected to the sleeve by means of a threaded nozzle. Nozzle is made in the form of an inverted cup, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical openings, which are located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is connected to the mixing chamber of the nozzle. Mixing chamber is connected in series with the diffuser outlet chamber. Diffuser is installed in the diffuser outlet chamber, the diffuser is made in the form of at least two spokes, each of which is fixed at one end to the outer surface of the diffuser outlet chamber, perpendicular to the surface forming it, and at the other to the surface of the body of rotation or on the axis on which the body of rotation is installed, for example, in the form of a ball. Axis of the ball coincides with the axis of the diffuser outlet chamber. Body of rotation is located in the bottom part after section of the diffuser outlet chamber. Surface of the body of rotation, mounted on the axis with the possibility of rotation, is perforated. To the surface of the body of rotation, made in the form of a ball, there are elements that make it rotate, for example in the form of segments of helical blades. Screw grooves are provided on the inner surface of the central cylindrical throttle opening of the vortex nozzle disposed in the end surface of the nozzle for additional twisting of the liquid flow. In the body of rotation of the vortex nozzle, whose axis coincides with the axis of the diffuser outlet chamber, and the body of rotation itself is located in the lower part behind the cutoff of the diffuser outlet chamber, resonant recesses are made in the form of a cylindrical surface of different diameters and lengths, performing the functions of Helmholtz resonators, their dimensions are determined by the necessary pulsation frequency of the liquid flow to increase the fineness of the sprayed flame.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
