FIELD: aircraft engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engine building and, in particular, to the device for the small-sized gas turbine engine fuel pre-heating under conditions of low ambient air temperatures. Device comprises heating element, which is made in the form of hollow cylinder, which outer surface has helical comb forming the screw channel between the body and the heating element, at that, the heating element cavity is connected to the pyrotechnic electric igniter outlet channel, and the heating element is made of a material having high heat capacity. Heating element with a screw comb on the outer surface is located in the fuel cavity, in which output channel fuel supply valve to the engine is located.
EFFECT: device allows to reduce the engine starting time and increase the heat transfer from the heat source (combustion of pyrotechnic composition) to the heated substance (fuel).
