SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses load balancing means in a network. Network resource balancing method comprises receiving, by means of a balancing module, identification information and load information of the virtual machine; and receiving, by means of a balancing unit, an access request packet, a determination according to identification information that relates to an area comprising virtual machines, and which is carried in the access request packet, the identification information of the plurality of virtual machines in the area and the load information of the plurality of virtual machines in the region, wherein the identification information of the plurality of virtual machines in the region corresponds to identification information that is relevant to the area and which is carried in the access request packet, selecting a virtual machine according to the load information of the plurality of virtual machines, and sending the access request packet to the selected virtual machine according to the identification information of the selected virtual machine.
EFFECT: technical result is the effective balancing of network resources in the cloud computing platform.
