FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to methods of making lattice structures and can be implemented in the manufacture of metal truss coatings of industrial and civil buildings. Method of manufacturing a lattice structure comprises the production of a single blank from a sheet metal, by forming a longitudinal inflection of the closed section of the belts with the bend of the edge of the workpiece to form a slice over the entire length of the polyhedral belt, longitudinal welding of the edge of the sheet preform with the base metal and fastening to the rod of the grid bars. Thus the sheet gusset is made by double bending, and longitudinal welding of its end with the base metal is performed on the other side of the flap than the welding of the edge of the sheet billet.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the load-bearing capacity of the gusset, by increasing its thickness and reducing the weight of the lattice structure, by including gussets in the work.
