SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to car structural parts. Hollow structural part comprises an open configuration and a cross-sectional profile with peripheral edges (10.1) forming inner hollow recess (10.2) (10.3) formed on the open side of said part, whose ends (10.5) (10.6) are equipped with fastening regions and planar cover sheets (11-12). Peripheral edges consist of vertical walls extending perpendicularly from the central portion of the structural part. Cover sheets (11-12) have a profile complementary to the profile of the structural part and are placed and fixed on the upper surface of the vertical walls. Cover sheets (11-12) cover all or part of the inner hollow recess (10.2) (10.3), extend partly beyond the inner hollow recess, cover part of the upper surface of the vertical walls of the peripheral edges and end on the upper surface of the vertical walls of the peripheral edges in the portion overlapping vertical walls.

EFFECT: increased rigidity of the structural part, shock absorption by deformation of the surface and lighter weight of the structural part.
