FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for hydraulic transportation of bulk materials and pumping liquids with a significant suspension content. Pump for hydraulic transportation of bulk media contains loading and unloading devices, separator equipped with clarified and condensed phase outlet nozzles, a centrifugal pump connected to a mixing chamber, which is a water jet elevator. Separator is the hollow conical external and internal nozzles, coaxially installed with a displacement along the axis of rotation. Bases of the conical nozzles are located in the inner volumes of the first and second hollow toroidal chambers. First toroidal chamber is communicated with a mixing chamber via a tangentially installed outlet of the thickened phase, and the second is with a centrifugal pump through tangentially installed outlet branch of the clarified phase. Inner conical nozzle is positioned relative to outer one with the possibility of axial movement. To the first toroidal chamber lateral surface on the loading device side a conical casing is connected.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the creation of a simple and reliable pump for hydraulic transportation of loose media that has small dimensions and eliminates the possibility of clogging of nozzles with solid particles.
