COMPOSITION FOR WELL TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C09K8/80 C09K8/88 C09K8/92 E21B43/267

Abstract RU 2657065 C2

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic fracturing of an underground formation. Composition for well treating comprises: a low viscosity carrier fluid having a viscosity of less than 50 mPa⋅s at a shear rate of 170 s-1 and a temperature of 25°C; a proppant dispersed in the carrier liquid and a fiber dispersed in the carrier fluid, containing from 0.1 to 20% by weight of silicone, where the composition for treating the well does not create a fiber taping when flowing through a narrow gap 1-2 mm wide. Method of treating a formation, through which the wellbore passes, comprising: pumping a composition to treat the well into the formation to form a fracturing system, wherein the well treatment composition comprises a low viscosity carrier fluid, having a viscosity of less than 50 mPa⋅s at a shear rate of 170 s-1 and a temperature of 25°C, proppant dispersed therein and a fiber containing 0.1 to 20% by weight of silicone, and maintaining the pumping speed of said composition to prevent fiber plugging in a fracturing system with a width of 1-2 mm, the fiber comprising polyester, which is subjected to hydrolysis in the well after injection. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.

EFFECT: technical result is the increase in processing efficiency.
