SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication and navigation for railway transport. Onboard navigation communication device contains a GSM-R modem with a SIM card, GSM and navigation antennas installed on the roof of the head car of an electric train, and located in a single body of two processor modules, inputs / outputs connected to each other, two control units, an interface display, whose input is connected to the information outputs of the processor modules, navigation module, LTE modem with SIM card, Ethernet interfaces, RS-232 interfaces and CAN interfaces, two power modules and seven built-in external connectors. And the display interface is located on the outside of the case.
EFFECT: increase in radio communication reliability and the possibility of channel quality control using cryptographic protection of information and control over the integrity of the transmitted data are achieved.
