SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering. Method of reducing uncomfortable glow comprises: a step of providing a first fragment of light radiation in a first range of angles of incidence; and another step of providing a second light emission fragment in a second range of angles of incidence following the first range of angles of incidence. First range of hade is greater, than the second range of hade, when viewed in a direction vertically downward from a light source emitting light, and the correlated color temperature of the first fragment of the light radiation is lower, than the correlated color temperature of the second fragment of light radiation. First range of hade is 70-90 degrees, and the second range of hade is below 70 degrees.

EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the discomfort reflection.
