FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry. Luminophores are characterized by the following general formulas: Sr(SraM1-a)Si2Al2N6:D (1) or SrxCa1-xAlSiN3:Eu (2), where M is selected from Ca, Ba, Zn, Mg and/or Li; D is selected from Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb; a has a value of 0.6 to 1.0; 0.8<x≤1. To produce these luminophores, the corresponding reagents are provided in a solid state, mixed and heated in an inert gas or nitrogen to a temperature above 1,500 °C. Resulting calcined cake is grounded. Luminophore of the general formula (1) crystallizes in the space groups P1, P2, P or P21, and the concentration D is from 0.1 to 20 mol%, based on the concentration of alkaline earth metals. Luminophore of general formula (2) in the orthorhombic description shows a reflection (R) having Miller indices , has a dominant wavelength from 596 to 606 nm, and from 0.1 to 5 % of its crystal lattice sites occupied by Sr, Ca and / or Sr / Ca, is replaced by Eu.
EFFECT: total width of the emission spectrum emitted by the phosphor of the general formula (2) at the half maximum of the maximum is from 75 to 87 nm inclusive, while it has a relative absorption maximum in the wavelength range from 410 to 450 nm inclusive and can be subjected to stimulation with blue light to emit radiation.
