FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has a body with outlet holes on its both ends. A valve stem, springs, a separator with balls, a supporting washer, a saddle, and a bushing are coaxially arranged inside the body. The basic element of the analogue mechanism projects the saddle which is a shell with grooves cut on the end in the form of bevelled teeth. Sequence of slots alternation of different length in the saddle defines operation program of the entire valve. The device enables to: reverse opening of the valve when flushing without additional pressure rise in the tubing string; increase the number of flow direction modes when conducting downhole operations; realise constant cyclic alternation of hydromechanical and chemical methods of cleaning; combine service operations with the equipment above the valve and simultaneously cleaning of equipment below the valve; automate the cleaning process without pulling out the submersion equipment.
EFFECT: in the proposed valve design, the principle of flow separation in space and time can be used to automate a number intratubal and downhole operations.
