FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to valve devices for wells equipped with submersible centrifugal pumps, mainly for cleaning of tubing with process solutions from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits and other mechanical impurities. Flushing valve includes housing with spring-loaded locking element installed in it and made in form of seat, ball and rod. Rod is rigidly connected to the ball. Stem diameter is equal to diameter of coupling of ball and seat. In housing there are channels for passage of flushing liquid. Inlet channel is connected to the tubing cavity, and the outlet channel made in the form of radial holes - with the cavity of the casing pipe. Valve is equipped with additional low-pressure valves, which are installed with possibility of overlapping radial holes. Low-pressure actuation valve is in form of a plate spring and an anvil limiting the movement of the spring when it opens.

EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of valve operation, increased stability of valve actuation pressure due to elimination of effect of annular pressure on shutoff element and due to exclusion of its contamination with asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits and mechanical admixtures.
