FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials and can be used as structural heat-insulating boards and panels. Heat-insulating panel contains surface layers with wood particles, the space between them is filled with heat-insulating material. Surface layers are formed by extrusion from a composition containing wood particles of 0.1–10 mm, a thermoplastic polymer, having a melt flow strength of 3–10 g/10 min and a melting point of not more than 190 °C, polybutadiene, a process additive and a colorant, at the following component ratio, mass%: 60–70 % of wood particles 0.1–10 mm, 20–30 % of said thermoplastic polymer, 4–5 % of polybutadiene, 3–4 % of process additive, 1–3 % of colorant. Space between the surface layers is filled with a rigid filling polyurethane foam simultaneously with the formation of surface layers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the hardness, the flexural strength and the compressive strength of the panel by an average of one and a half times while maintaining a low thermal conductivity, and also to increase the technological effectiveness of the production process.
