FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials and can be used as structural heat-insulating boards and panels. Heat-insulating panel contains surface layers formed by extrusion from composition containing thermoplastic polymer in the form of polyethylene or polypropylene and wood particles. Space between surface layers is filled with rigid filling foamed polyurethane. As wood particles surface layers contain particles with size from 0.16 to 0.75 mm of heat-modified wood bark, at following ratio of components, wt%: polyethylene or polypropylene 20–30, thermally modified wood bark particles 70–80. Space between surface layers is filled with rigid filling foamed polyurethane with wood particles with size of 1–15 mm, with following ratio of components, wt%: said foamed polyurethane 25–35, wood particles 1–15 mm 65–75, and subjected to pressing.

EFFECT: invention increases hardness, wear resistance, ultimate compression strength of the heat-insulating panel by average of 1_4 times while maintaining a low coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0_05 W/m⋅K.
