SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production industry, in particular to the methods of enhanced production for the production of hydrocarbons by displacement by water. Method of developing the oil deposit includes the construction of any of the known grids of producing and injection wells, cyclic injection of the working agent through injection wells and the selection of products through producing wells. Injection of the working agent into the injection wells is carried out with a periodicity and duration, depending on the water cut of the production from the producing wells. Preliminary determine the initial water saturation of production in production wells. Injection of the working agent is carried out at a constant flow rate and is stopped with increasing water cut in production wells to 50 % of the initial water saturation, but not more than 90 %. Begin the injection of the working agent after reducing the water-cut production to 10 % above the initial water saturation. After an increase of the stopping time of the injection of the working agent upto three months, the average water cut in the production wells is determined, which is taken as the initial water saturation. Injection cycles of the working agent continue according to the same principle, but based on a new value of the initial water saturation, that is periodically changed.

EFFECT: suggested invention allows to increase oil production, to fully develop oil reserves and to increase ORF, to prevent premature watering of the produced products.
