SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing systems. Fire extinguishing unit contains the automatic feeder of a fire extinguishing agent, connected to a pipeline supply network with fire sprinklers having controlled start-up installed on it, and the addressable fire control and management device, each fire sprinkler is equipped with a series-connected contact group and an electric heating element located on the heat-sensitive element of the sprinkler, and the unit is equipped with the condition monitoring and start monitoring modules to which the contact group and the electric heating element of the corresponding sprinkler are connected, each module being connected to the addressable fire control and management device.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of fire extinguishing.
