SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire fighting equipment, namely to fire extinguishing means, particularly to automatic water (foam) extinguishing installations. A water extinguishing system comprises a distribution pipe installation equipped with monitored start sprinklers, a control and indicating equipment, a fire controller. A fire alarm loop with connected fire alarm boxes and a signal line are connected to the equipment. The line comprises start initiation devices electrically connected with controlled sprinklers. The distribution pipe installation is zoned. In addition, the system is supplied with address remote starters matched with each isolated zone. The starters are included to the other signal line connected to the control and indicating equipment, the fire controller.

EFFECT: enabled formation of an optimum irrigation area therefore reliability of the fire fighting installation is enhanced considerably.
