FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for experimental study of the erosion of earth dam models refers to measurement technique. Device comprises an erosion sensor, a power supply unit, a recording unit. Distinguishing feature of the invention is the use of sensors having an integral structure of two miniature copper electrodes isolated from each other and placed on a common dielectric substrate. Device includes a structure of vertically stretched metal strings passing through the dam model, on which the sensors are fixed, which prevents their displacement from the set installation coordinates. Device is multi-channel and has a start-up unit, which increases the accuracy of measurements and simulation.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of reliability and accuracy of measurements.
