FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, namely to tillage tools. Tillage tool contains sample (1), front frame (2) and rear frame (3) connected together by a hinge with the possibility of rotating rear frame (3) with respect to front frame (2) with double-acting hydraulic cylinder (4). Front frame (2) is made in form of one unit with front beam (5) and hinge (1), and rear frame (3) – other node with rear beam (6), and also has lock for transport position. On front beam (5) and rear beam (6) at an angle of 45° front battery (7) and rear battery (8) are mounted to each other horizontally and are fixed in pairs on flanges (10) of shaft (11) with help of bolts (12) and nuts (13) with spherical half-discs (9). Front battery (7) has an angle of attack of 22° and drive from the power take-off shaft of the tractor through cardan gear (14) and cylindrical gear (15), mounted on the left side of front beam (5). Hinge axis (16) connecting the front frame (2) and rear frame (3) is parallel to axis (17) of front battery (7).
EFFECT: such a constructive solution ensures the decompaction of the bottom of the furrow, elimination of clogging by the earth and the green mass of space between the spherical half-discs, ensuring easy control and the steady rectilinear movement of the tractor in the process of working with the tillage implement, reduction in the nomenclature of units and parts, as well as a reduction in the labor intensity of manufacturing.
