SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to agent for treating chronic inflammation of the lower parts of the female genital organs. Composition for intravaginal administration in the treatment of chronic inflammation of the lower parts of female genital organs on the basis of sulphide-sludge mud, phytoextract and antibacterial component, is characterized by the fact that it includes as a sulphide-silt mud homogenized curative mud of the “Lake Medicinal” field, as phytoextract – a thick extract of licorice, as an antibacterial component – colifag, a staphylococcus bacteriophage and an enterococci bacteriophage with a certain content.

EFFECT: above-described composition is effective in treatment of chronic inflammation of the lower parts of the female genital organs, in combination with sufficient values of plasticity, heat capacity, shear resistance, stickiness, shelf life of active components in the composition.
