FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for laboratory diagnosis of endometriosis in women with infertility of infertility. Essence of the invention is that in peripheral venous blood, women with infertility determine the relative content of IgD+ cells in the CD19+ lymphocyte population. With value of this indicator, more than 51.6 % are diagnosed with endometriosis. Conducting a survey of women with impaired fertility will allow to diagnose endometriosis without additional surgical intervention and timely appoint a set of necessary medical and preventive measures aimed at restoring the reproductive function.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of range of technical means, as well as the increase in the accuracy and sensitivity of the method for diagnosing endometriosis in women with infertility.
