FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to gynecology, and is intended for prediction of spontaneous onset of pregnancy within a year after carrying out surgical treatment of infertility in women with I and II stage of external genital endometriosis. Relative content of CD86+ neutrophils is determined in women before operative treatment and if its value equals 31% or less in neutrophilic gate, onset of pregnancy within the year after carrying out surgical treatment of infertility is predicted.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to evaluate chance of spontaneous onset of pregnancy after carrying out medicinal laparoscopy, correct tactics of patient's monitoring in due time and evaluate necessary of IVF.
