FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of aircraft construction. Proposed is a method for assembling an aircraft wing involving the assembly of an front and rear spars, assembly of the caisson frame of the power part of the wing with ribs, carried out using the vertical slipway of the general assembly of the detachable part of the wing by arranging the rear and front spars, assembled in separate assembly devices; installation of ribs, panels, preparation of mating surface of the panels, spars and ribs for their final assembly and sealing. Wherein the upper and lower panels are assemble separately. Picking stands are used. Ribs are installed on the rails of the spars. Compensators of ribs and panels are fastened using service fasteners. Lower panels are removed in the reverse order and put on trolleys. Bottom panels are prepared for the final assembly, compensators are finally sealed, the sealant is applied to the bogie surfaces on the spars belts, ribs, panels and bottom panels. Works are carried out from the upper contour side and from the inside of the caisson. Model ribs are removed, the former being set between the wing ribs. Base of the slipway contains guides for the trolleys located between the assembled caisson with the lower beam and the main columns on one side, on the reverse side between the caisson and the additional columns.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the complexity of assembly work.
