SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft assembly technology. Method of modular assembly of wing console box envisages division of wing console into separate component parts. Devices in the form of assembly stations are designed for modular assembly of the wing console box. Main element of the wing console assembly station is the base module of the columns of the assembly slip of the caisson, which includes stationary horizontal and vertical welded rigid massive frames or trusses (45). In the process of assembling the wing console box, the front and rear spars, components of the box, the interface elements of the wing console, the box panels are based and fixed in the assembly modules of reference beams (30, 31) and reference frames (34, 39, 42) on the base surfaces of the simulators of ribs and outer contour of wing, wing console interface elements drives and brackets, the preset position of which is determined in corresponding mobile coordinate systems and controlled by means of laser control devices.

EFFECT: intactness of the assembled structure from accidental production factors is achieved.
