FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to UV-curable polymer coatings for protecting printed materials on porous anodized aluminum against UV radiation and can be used in printing, metallography, to protect information and advertising images. Method for producing a polymer coating is described, comprising mixing a bifunctional epoxy acrylic oligomer with a MW of 550–800 g/mol, monofunctional monomer isobornyl acrylate with a molecular weight of 208 g/mol, photoinitiators of 1-hydroxycyclophenyl ketone and 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide, light stabilizer – nanocrystals of zinc oxide with a particle size of 40 nm, adhesive resin, wetting agent and forming the coating by UV curing.
EFFECT: invention provides a coating on porous anodized aluminum with increased light and weather resistance.
