FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in making floor or wall cladding. Surface cladding comprises a wood-based substrate, a putty coating layer and a surface coating layer. Wood-based substrate contains a lower layer, a core layer and an upper layer made of wood and applied on the core layer. Surface coating layer is obtained by irradiating a radiation-curable coating agent with UV light with wavelength of 120–230 nm, followed by curing the coating using actinic radiation. Radiation-curable coating agent contains a photoinitiator and the radiation-curable binder is obtained from polymers or oligomers selected from (meth)acrylate copolymers, polyether(meth)acrylates, polyester(meth)acrylates, epoxy(meth) acrylates, urethane(meth)acrylates, amino(meth)acrylates, melamine(meth)acrylates, silicone(meth)acrylates and phosphazene(meth)acrylates. Also disclosed is a method of producing surface lining.
EFFECT: group of inventions increases wear resistance of the surface lining while reducing its luster.
