FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, particularly, to broadband acoustic suppression, and can be used in all national economy industries as a means of protection from noise. Acoustic screen contains a frame with slants of metal sheets and located in it sections of acoustic panels, which are made both as noise reflecting and translucent, and opaque and noise absorbing. Their arrangement in the acoustic screen can be in any combination of vertical and horizontal rows. Each of opaque noise absorbing acoustic panels is made in form of rigid and perforated walls, between which multilayer sound absorbing structure is located, which consists of three layers of sound-absorbing material. First layer is more rigid, solid and profiled and is fixed on the smooth surface. Second layer, which is a softer one than the first layer is discontinuous and located in focus of sound reflecting surfaces of the first layer. Third layer of sound-absorbing element is made from foamed sound absorbing material, for example, construction sealing foam, and is located between first more rigid layer and the sound-absorbing element perforated surface. Located at the focus of the continuous profiled layer the intermittent sound-absorbing layer is made in the form of bodies of revolution, for example in the form of balls, ellipsoids of rotation, and fastened by means of rods parallel to the smooth and perforated surfaces, which are rigidly connected to the smooth surface by means of perpendicular to them vertical fastening elements, for example in the form of plates, which one end is rigidly fixed to the smooth surface, and the other is made in form of clamp enclosing the rod and tightening it with the screw. Sound-absorbing element continuous profiled layer is made of more rigid sound-absorbing material, which sound reflection coefficient is greater than the sound absorption coefficient. Profiles are formed by spherical surfaces interconnected in so, that, in general, each of the profiles forms the solid domed profile focusing the reflected sound on the same soft intermittent sound-absorbing layer.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve efficiency of noise suppression.
