ACOUSTIC CAB Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E04B1/82 G10K11/16

Abstract RU 2645383 C1

FIELD: manufacturing technology; means of ensuring security.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to safe means of labor. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the acoustic cabin contains a base, a frame, life support equipment, window and door openings and enclosures in the form of acoustic panels, with the base installed on at least three pneumatic vibration isolators, made in the form of a rubber-cord shell, and the carcass of the cabin fastened to it rigidly in the form of acoustic noise-absorbing panels, between which the sound absorber is placed, the cab is provided with a sound absorber, made in the form of a spherical acoustic absorber of active and reactive types placed on a rigid frame made of a spherical shape with an internal congruent framework with a spherical resonance cavity, formed by a rigid continuous spherical shell, an equidistant outer perforated spherical shell, while the space between the spherical shells is filled with a sound-absorbing material, and the connection of the outer perforated spherical shell with the object, for example, the ceiling of the production room, is made by means of an elastic damping element that allows to damp high-frequency oscillations and is pivotally connected to a suspension, made in the form of a rod, one end of which is connected to a hinge mounted on the resilient damping element, and the other end is connected to a ring intended for its fixation on the object, and the spherical resonant cavity is rigidly connected to, at least, one sleeve with an axial hole serving as a neck of a Helmholtz resonator with an outer perforated spherical shell, and the space between them is filled with a sound absorber, the sound absorber placed between the front and back walls of acoustic noise-absorbing panels, made in the form of a parallelepiped, made in the form of a rigid and perforated walls, between which there is a multilayer sound-absorbing element, the multilayer sound-absorbing element is made in the form of two layers, one of which, adjacent to the rigid wall, is sound-absorbing, and the other, adjacent to the perforated wall, is made of a sound-reflecting material of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra, that allow to reflect sound waves, that fall in all directions, as a sound-absorbing material, mineral wool plates are used, and a material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used as a sound-reflecting material, followed by filling with titanium hydride or air, or a material based on a magnesia binder with a reinforcing fiberglass or glass fiber can be used as a sound-reflecting material, and the layer adjacent to the perforated wall is made with a perforation from a sound-reflecting material of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of the operator by reducing the levels of dust and noise.
