FIELD: furnaces.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for obtaining an extract from chaga and birch bark extracted from birch forests. Furnace for obtaining birch extract contains a body made of bricks, inside of which there is a furnace chamber with a roof arch and a flue. Furnace body is made in the form of a prism with a cavity. Outer and inner contour of the combustion chamber repeats the contours of the body and along the vertical faces of the furnace body, uniformly placed windows for exiting the smoke are placed on opposite sides of the furnace. Inside the body on the stops there is a working container for raw materials, equipped with a cooling and condensing tube of birch extract vapors located above the combustion chamber, while the working chamber is located along the body to form an internal space. One side face of the furnace body is made with an upper and lower apertures in which a door for a working container and a furnace door, are placed respectively, and on the second side face an aperture is made in the lower part, in the latter there is a pipe for cooling and condensation of birch extract vapors. Flue is made in the form of a metal pipe and is located in the opening of the arch. Body of the furnace and furnace chamber is made of directly lapped bricks.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of temperature inside the furnace, cooling and concentration of vapors of finished products.
