SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building, in particular to turbines construction, and can be used in steam turbine drives, transport gas turbine engines, as well as in the internal combustion engines turbochargers. Adjustable turbine guide vane comprises inner casing, outer casing, fixed vanes, movable vanes, rotary mechanism, at that, the movable vanes have flanges, on which outer surface, on the movable vane pressure side, trunnions are secured, resting on the inner and outer casings, and the rotary mechanism comprises configured to rotate gear ring, and gear sectors, wherein the each moving vane gear sector is located on the moving vane one of the flanges extension. Also disclosed is a turbine device and the turbine operation method.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the turbine effectiveness in the wide range of operating conditions due to provision of changes in the adjustable guide vane blades installation angles, as well as increase in the turbine reliability due to the control mechanism design simplification and reduction in the number of seals; enabling reduction of the hydraulic losses in the guide vanes and achieving the guide vanes more efficient operation at the nominal mode and the partial loads mode.
