SUBSTANCE: unmotivated diesel locomotive carriage has a frame equipped with first and second stages of spring suspension. Second stage of spring suspension is made in the form of a torsion bar located in the transverse plane of the trolley, the rod of which in its middle part is provided with slots in contact with the holes formed in the supports movably disposed in the grooves of the carriage frame and spring-loaded with respect to the fixed supports rigidly fixed to the frame. Stops with their inclined curved surfaces are interconnected with a wedge of a circular cross-section fixed rigidly to the length of the body of the locomotive. Torsion bar on its end surfaces is equipped with levers, cooperating with their ends with the bottom of the body.

EFFECT: simplifies the design of the second stage of spring suspension.
