SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to power electronics. Device with switch (9) in the lower position is designed to control a three-phase AC voltage regulator, and in the upper position for controlling the three-phase bridge rectifier. Field of application of the device are three-phase bridge rectifiers and three-phase thyristor regulators of alternating voltage. Circuit is provided with a control system switch from the rectifier to the regulator, due to which the initial control angle is shifted from the moment of the phase voltage transition through zero to the point of natural commutation (by thirty degrees).

EFFECT: invention can be used in electric power and electromechanical systems to control three-phase thyristor converters (bridge rectifier and AC voltage regulator).
