FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gases purification. Acid gases saturated amine solution (AS) is subjected to the two-stage separation with the dissolved therein hydrocarbons removal. First stage is carried out in the tower-type atmospheric device feeding zone, the second stage is carried out in the vacuum separator with a nozzle. Vapor-gas and liquid phases from the vacuum separator are forcibly transported using the energy of the initial AP, into the tower-type device and regenerator with the recuperative heat exchanger, respectively. In the tower-type device upper section equipped with contact devices, performing the of the hydrocarbon gas amine purification from the acid components. From the equipped with a nozzle bottom section, discharging the saturated AS with the hydrocarbons residual content and supplying it to the vacuum separator. Liquid hydrocarbons can be removed in the equipped with the coalescer middle section. In the regenerator, practically without impurities of hydrocarbons acid gas and regenerated AS are produced.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the saturated amine solution degassing indices.
