FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the refining industry and can be used for the distillation of petroleum products under vacuum. Method of condensation of the vapor-gas mixture from industrial vacuum distillation of petroleum products is carried out using a mixing-condensing system includes, at least, cooling with partial condensation of the vapor-gas mixture and its separation into gas and liquid phases in the condensation unit; output of the liquid phase from the condensation unit to the condensate collector through the barometric hydraulic lock, followed by its separation into the hydrocarbon and aqueous phases, supplying the gas phase from the condensing unit to the vacuum generating unit; supplying the refrigerant to the condensing unit to cool the vapor-gas mixture and the working medium of the vacuum generating unit; removing the hydrocarbon condensate, water phase, non-condensable gases and exhaust refrigerant from the system. Method is characterized in that the vapor-gas mixture is cooled to the dew point in front of the condensation unit in the pre-cooling unit, This is carried out by injecting an evaporating liquid into the vapor-gas mixture, which has a content of condensable components in the range from 30 to 85 %.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the process by reducing, in particular, the volume of the vapor-gas mixture, which leads to a decrease in energy and operating costs.
