FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology. Separate the bladder from the lower segment of the uterus. After delimitation of the abdominal cavity with napkins under the uterovesical fold, a solution of sodium chloride in an amount of 40–50 ml is introduced, forming a "hydraulic pad". On the upper edge of the "hydraulic pad" an incision of the uterovesical fold is made and, together with the hydraulically excised bladder, the uterovesical fold is pushed down, after which a hysterotomy is produced.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of bladder injuries during the re-operation of cesarean section, to ensure the reduction of postoperative complications in the form of the formation of vesicouterine fistulas.
