SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used in the delivery by patients with a uterine scar. The lower segment of the uterus and the posterior wall of the bladder are mobilized by sharp dissection accompanied with ligation and coagulation of the vessels between the uterus and the bladder. Then, in the region of the lower segment, a sharp opening of the myometrium is performed in the capital-caudal direction. Next, the lower edge of the incision on the uterus is taken from both sides with bullet forceps, and on the whole foetal bladder, the uterine scar is excised all the way to healthy intact borders. The hysterotomy incision is closed with separate interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risks of formation of an inconsistent uterine scar, reduce the volume of intraoperative blood loss, reduce the surgery injury during the next entry into the abdominal cavity, reduce the risks of placentation in the region of the scar and uterine rupture with the possibility of implementing the future reproductive function thanks to a set of techniques of the claimed invention.
