FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of strands, ropes and cables and can be used in manufacture of equipment for their production, especially for the production of multiwire micro-strands (microropes) and microcables. Rotor equipped with a drive of its rotation is mounted on the bearing housing. By-pass rollers and dies are mounted on the rotor. Bearing is mounted in the center of rotor rotation, in which the shaft of the exhaust pulley is installed. On the other side of the exhaust pulley, a splined end of the shaft having a drive of rotation through the gearbox is formed. Pipe, on which the receiving coil is fixed, is freely put on the shaft. Rotation of the pipe is connected with the mechanism of its axial movement together with the coil. Charging spools are installed separately from the machine. Wire from the charging spools are dragged through the dies, by-pass rollers onto the pulley. On the pulley, a few turns are made, then they are dragged again through the rotor by-pass rollers to the receiving coil on which they are fixed. While operation, the exhaust pulley rotates at a lower angular velocity than the rotor. Strand is twisted, pulled out by a pulley with the required pitch provided by the gearbox. Strand rotates the receiving coil. And this rotation ensures the laying of the strand.

EFFECT: invention can be used in the manufacture of equipment for their production, especially for the production of multiwire micro-strands (microropes) and microcables.
