AC voltage level monitor contains the input terminal Kin, the terminal of the clock signal Kt, a reference voltage divider 1, a first threshold element 2, a second threshold element 3, an inverter 4, frequency divider by two 5, the first match element 6, the second match element 7, the first flip flop 8, the second flip-flop 9, the third flip-flop 10, the fourth flip-flop 11, controlling element 12, which is the information output of the device. Elements of the device are connected according to the block diagram of Pic. 1.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the device's noise immunity, which is expressed in protection against false positives under conditions of the action of impulse noise while maintaining the high speed of the device.
