SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of lens and three-phase sensitive matrix of charge-coupled devices, which comprises serial circuit of accumulation unit, storage unit, and output shift register. In addition device has clock oscillator, first, second and third level converters and video amplifier. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced fourth level converter, starting unit, generation and control unit, charge measurement unit, peak detector, first and second comparators, memory units, indicator, first, second and third and fourth OR gates, NOT gate, first and second AND gate. In addition drain region with gate is provided for accumulation unit of sensitive matrix of charge-coupled devices. EFFECT: automatic detection of photodetector accumulation interval under parallel monitoring of shadow current level in order to prevent error in choice of accumulation duration. 2 cl, 16 dwg
