FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, in particular to the electrical machine stator. Electrical machine stator contains a winding consisting of several coils, and a sheet package with grooves through which windings coils turns are passing. With the automated windings manufacturing, producing a plurality of bundles of straight, parallel to each other and electrically isolated from each other conductors, which are longer than groove. Each bundle of conductors is inserted into the stator groove so that both ends of each conductor protrude from the groove, and the ends of the conductors at both sheet package axial ends are electrically connected through the corresponding winding with the winding coils frontal portion. For each conductor, manufacturing the insulating hollow body or block of the insulating hollow bodies with through holes for conductors and for the production of conductors are uniformly and without air inclusions filled with the electrically conductive material.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of insulation and heat removal quality, increase of the winding production manufacturability.
