FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. A method for manufacturing a system (24) of the frontal part of the winding for an electric rotating machine (2) with at least one insulating main body (26, 28), which is at least partially made of dielectric material. Numerous conductors (30) made of metallic material in each case are connected through at least one intermediate layer (36) to the insulating main body (26, 28). The layer (36) is made of a material that differs from dielectric and metallic materials, namely, it is made of silver, aluminum, antimony, magnesium, tin, zinc, lead, tantalum, or a mixture thereof and/or at least one of their alloys. The conductors (30) are sprayed onto the intermediate layer (36) by the first method for thermal spraying. The intermediate layer (36) is connected to the main insulating body (26, 28) by at least one connection with a geometric closure. In addition, the layer (36) is at least partially placed in the slots (38) of the insulating main body (26, 28). The slots (38) have profiling (40), by means of which a connection with a form closure is created.
EFFECT: simplifying the manufacture of a frontal winding system for an electric rotating machine.
