SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for oil and gas well drilling, namely, to circulation drifts of a drill rod. Circulation adapter of the drill rod comprises a body, piston with radial holes and a central channel within which a saddle is located, a spring adjusting the piston, and also includes two circulation ports fixed in the body with flow openings, activation and deactivation balls. Adapter with a device for catching balls consists of a lower bushing, cassette, upper bushing, the upper bushing comprising an inner circumferential groove, and the adapter with the device for collecting the balls contains a cuff located in the inner circumferential groove of the upper sleeve.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of service life and reliability of the adapter.
