FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for determining a value of a deviation of a health parameter, in particular a performance or efficiency parameter of at least one component of the gas turbine and a control unit for the gas turbine. In accordance with the method, the pressure value and the temperature value at the component measurement point are measured. Corrected pressure value is determined based on a predetermined pressure correction coefficient of the component. Corrected temperature value is determined based on a predetermined component temperature correction factor. Determine the estimated actual value of the component health parameter at least based on the corrected pressure value and the corrected temperature value and, for example, the measured shaft speed. Nominal value of the health parameter of the component that is predicted based on at least one predetermined input parameter is determined. Finally, determine the value of the deviation of the health parameter by comparing the estimated actual value and the nominal value.

EFFECT: evaluation of the dynamic behavior of the performance parameters of a gas turbine while providing the possibility of diagnosing performance in a stationary state and transient working conditions of a gas turbine.
