FIELD: refrigerating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigeration technology. Bench for studying the heat-and-power characteristics of small refrigerating machines is equipped with a controller for controlling the process of measurements, a software-controlled heat-insulated chamber temperature change unit, and a planning and measurement unit. Controller is connected to the software-controlled heat-insulated chamber temperature change unit and to the planning and measurement unit. Outputs of a group of sensors for measuring the performance of a small refrigerating machine are connected to the input of the planning and execution unit, and the outputs of temperature sensors in a heat-insulated chamber are connected to the entrance to the software-controlled heat-insulated chamber temperature change unit. Thermal generators and air conditioner are connected to the output of the software-controlled heat-insulated chamber temperature change unit so that the set values of the temperature in the heat-insulated chamber, at which measurements of the performance of a small refrigerating machine are performed, are changed and maintained.

EFFECT: invention ensures the autonomy of the process for determining the heat and power characteristics of the operation of a small refrigerating machine without the operator's participation, as well as increase in the reliability and accuracy of measurements.
