SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Multiprocessor system comprises: first QPI pool (quick-path interconnect), second QPI pool, first group of node controllers (NC), and second NC group, while the first NC group is connected to the first QPI pool and the second QPI pool, and the second group NC is connected to the first QPI pool and the second QPI pool, each QPI pool containing at least one processor, the main processor belongs to the first QPI pool or the second QPI pool, whereby the main processor is configured as follows: when the NC in the first NC group is to be deleted, the main processor manages all processors in the multiprocessor system that access between pools using the first NC group, in order to switch, by changing the route configuration, to access between pools using the second NC group.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the speed of access to the target node controller.
